Articulation with HCC

Articulation Agreement with Harford Community College

Upon presentation of:

  • an electrical journeyperson certificate from the Maryland Department of Labor,
  • a letter from the HCECA Training Director confirming successful completion of the HCECA Electrical Apprenticeship, and
  • successfully completing a three (3) credit course at HCC,

graduates of the Electrical Apprenticeship program who enroll in the College’s A.A.S. degree in Technical/Professional Studies, Business Management concentration will be granted 21 credit hours and may graduate with an A.A.S. degree, provided they successfully complete the required courses;

graduates of the Electrical Apprenticeship program who enroll in the College’s A.A. degree in General Studies will be granted 19 credit hours and may graduate with an A.A. degree, provided they successfully complete the required courses.
