Membership Information

  • Any electrical contractor or electrical maintenance group who wishes to employ apprentices in the HCECA Apprenticeship Program must be a full member.  

  • All members receive a bi-monthly membership newsletter and are invited to attend HCECA membership meetings.

  • HCECA members receive priority notification of all continuing education course offered by HCECA and receive a 10% discount.

Types of Membership

Full Member

A full member is any Maryland Licensed Master Electrician engaged in the electrical trade.* Full members are entitled one vote per issue at all meetings. Dues: $125 annually

Associate Member

An associate member is any person or parties interested in membership.* Associate members are non-voting members. Dues: $90 annual

*All membership applications are presented at membership meeting for approval.
