Membership Benefits

Any electrical contractor or electrical maintenance group that wishes to employ apprentices through the HCECA Apprenticeship Program must maintain a Full Membership.

All HCECA members receive:

  • A bi-monthly membership newsletter
  • Invitations to attend HCECA membership meetings
  • Priority notification of all HCECA continuing education courses
  • A 10% discount on continuing education courses offered by HCECA

Types of Membership

Full Member

Full Membership is available to any Maryland Licensed Master Electrician engaged in the electrical trade.*

Full Members are entitled to one vote per issue at all membership meetings.

Annual Dues

  • $125/calendar year

Associate Member

Associate Membership is available to individuals or organizations interested in supporting and participating in HCECA.*

Associate Members are non-voting members.

Annual Dues

  • $90/calendar year

* All membership applications are presented for approval at an HCECA membership meeting.

Membership Renewal

Members will be invoiced annually in November for membership dues. If you would like to re-activate your HCECA membership, please call 443-412-2800 or email [email protected].
